- White cotton jeans
- White cotton t-shirt
- White cotton tennis shoes
- White vinyl or leather belt
- Vinyl purse
- Cardboard
- 4-layer stencil
Camouflage Jeans and Purse
- Place cardboard inside legs of jeans and apply first stencil using spray adhesive.
- Spray with first color and let dry.
- Remove stencil.
- Repeat with each color and stencil, allowing each color to dry between layers.
- Remove stencil.
Camouflage T-shirt with “K”
- Place cardboard inside t-shirt and apply letter stencil using spray adhesive.
- Using spray adhesive again, apply first layer of camouflage stencil.
- Spray with first color and let dry.
- Remove stencil.
- Repeat with each color and stencil, allowing each color to dry between layers.
- Remove stencils.
Loose Camouflage Belt and Shoes
- Remove shoe laces and tape rubber areas of shoe. Stuff inside of shoe with newspaper and tape around inside of shoe to keep paint out.
- Starting with Ballet Slipper, randomly cover more than ¼ of the surface of the shoe. Let dry.
- Use Gum Drop next to paint random splotches and let dry.
- Repeat with Watermelon and let dry.
- Use Rich Plum in small white areas that are left and let dry.
General Tips
Wash fabric pieces before painting.
Freezer paper is great for creating one-time-use stencils. It can be ironed onto fabric, glossy side down, and then peeled off easily after painting.
